Hi everyone!
I’m back today with my favourite books of 2017! I can’t believe I never actually got around to making this post – especially when doing Blogmas but apparently I haven’t yet so here it is!
I read a total of 125 books in 2017 so choosing just ten (I wanted to narrow them down so this post wasn’t 9000 pages long!), was very difficult! But here we go! In no order, here are my favourite books I read in 2017!
I absolutely loved this book – which is no surprise to anyone! It was so amazing, and the action never stopped. Was I okay after it? NOPE. Am I okay now? NOPE.
Here’s my review: Godsgrave by Jay Kristoff // Pre-Release ARC Review.
Turtles All the Way Down by John Green
I was apprehensive about this book because some of John Green’s book I’ve not really loved (apart from TFIOS!), but wow. This blew me away and I still can’t get over it. It was definitely the most beautifully written book on mental health I’ve read last year. So many amazing quotes!
Here’s my review: Blogmas Day 5: Turtles All the Way Down by John Green // Review.
Illuminae & Gemina by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff
THIS SERIES. I don’t even know what to say other than I LOVE THIS SERIES, and I can’t believe it took so long for me to get to!

This was so beautifully written, and made me cry SO much. Emily is lovely, and this was genuinely one of the best debuts I’ve ever had the pleasure of reading!
My review is here: Letters to Eloise by Emily Williams // Review.
This was so beautiful and powerful. I didn’t expect for it to have such an effect on me, but it really was so brilliant. I am still in awe of it.

The Gentleman’s Guide to Vice and Virtue by Mackenzi Lee
I AM SO SHOCKED AT HOW GOOD THIS WAS. I read it for a book club and it was amazing, and light hearted and emotional and I am still not okay!

Behind Her Eyes by Sarah Pinborough
