Panic! at the Disco Book Tag!

So I saw this tag on Lorryn’s blog over at Reading Parental and KNEW I just had to do it! I love Panic! so much, and this is literally the best way to combine two of my favourite things together – and since I’ve had Hey Look Ma, I Made It stuck in my head for about 10 years it’s perfect!

Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard – DO I NEED TO SAY ANYTHING.

A LGBTQ+ Book
“Love is not a choice”

History Is All You Left Me by Adam Silvera – I was completely blown away by this book, and I honestly need everyone to read it!

I WRITE SINS NOT TRAGEDIES:
A Book Featuring a Wedding
“What a beautiful wedding!”

I mean I really love it so I’m going to say Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer – YES I STILL ADORE TWILIGHT!

DON’T THREATEN ME WITH A GOOD TIME:
A Book Featuring a Partying Protagonist or a Party Scene
“I’m not a think as you drunk I am”

The Coldest Girl in Coldtown by Holly Black – This was a surprise read for me, I honestly loved it so much, and the party included is everything.

SAY AMEN (SATURDAY NIGHT):
A Book With an Unapologetic Narrator
“I can’t change into a person I don’t wanna be”

John Watson from the Warlock Holmes series is completely unapologetic and I wouldn’t be able to love him any other way! He has to deal with Warlock so he deserves to be unapologetic!

THIS IS GOSPEL:
A Book From a Trilogy
“They haven’t seen the best of me yet”

The Young Elites by Marie Lu is still a book I think about nearly everyday – it was so exciting and so well written AMAZING.

EMPEROR’S NEW CLOTHES:
A Hardback That Looks Beautiful Naked
“I’m taking back the crown. I’m all dressed up and naked”

Artemis by Andy Weir – THE MOON IS THERE AND EVERYTHING IS BEAUTIFUL PLEASE GO LOOK AT IT.

VICTORIOUS:
An Empowering Book
“Tonight we are victorious, champagne pouring over us”

The Nowhere Girls by Amy Reed – I recently finished this and honestly I feel so empowered and just proud of every girl in the book – wow.

IMPOSSIBLE YEAR:
A Really Sad Book
“There’s no sunshine, this impossible year”

Do I need to mention TFIOS? I’ll also mention Me Before You because I am still not okay.

KING OF THE CLOUDS:
A Prize-Winning Book
“Far away to a place where I’m free from weight”

The Hamiltome – I mean what award hasn’t it won really??? WELL DESERVED AS HECK OKAY.

HEY LOOK MA, I MADE IT:
A Debut Author
“If you never know who you can trust, then trust me you’ll be lonely”

Tiffany D. Jackson – her debut Allegedly was so interesting and honestly such a difficult book to write but she did it perfectly. I can’t imagine the story being written any other way – I loved it! I’m ready for her new book soon!
