Rating: ★★★★★

Release: 27th February 2018

Synopsis: My father’s ships will be at the siren’s mercy. We will be the ones to reach the island first and claim its treasure for ourselves. Alosa’s mission is finally complete. Not only has she recovered all three pieces of the map to a legendary hidden treasure, but the pirates who originally took her captive are now prisoners on her ship. Still unfairly attractive and unexpectedly loyal, Riden is a constant distraction, but now he’s under her orders. And she takes great comfort in knowing that the villainous Vordan will be facing her father’s justice. When Vordan exposes a secret her father has kept for years, Alosa and her crew find themselves in a deadly race with the feared Pirate King. Alosa knows they will recover the treasure first… after all, she’s the daughter of the Siren Queen.divider-2461548_1280

The final installment in the duology is truly an outstanding story of love, betrayal, and finding yourself.

I truly had no idea how I wanted this duology to end, but I wouldn’t change a thing. I am so in awe of his series, it was perfect. So much happens in this book, and I loved how everything comes full circle.

Parts from the first book start falling into place so well, and I just adore how clever Tricia’s writing is. You can see how well thought out every single point was.

The introduction of the sirens was a brilliant addition and I loved seeing Alosa interact with them and learn to control her Siren gifts. Those scenes were so tense yet so precious that I treasured them.

The development of Alosa and Ryden is particularly standout. I loved getting ot hear more of Ryden’s background to get an understanding of his motives in the first book.

The action was so full on in the best way and once again the crew just made my heart sing. The ending was everything I ever wanted and more. I just adore this duology.

Pirates, action, a cast of character you can’t help but love – this book truly has it all.
