One of the biggest surprises of the year, and a story that will keep you thinking and make you realise to love the ones around you.

I honestly had no idea what this book was about when I first picked it up at a blogger event, I just thought the synopsis sounded heartbreaking and I was definitely correct. This was actually so much better than I thought, and I was nearly in tears so many times.

The writing was so well done, and although it was a little slow at the start, I really enjoyed the pacing as the story continued. The characters were so believable and the story itself completely blew me away. It was so emotional, and hit me so hard at times.

This is definitely the biggest surprise of the year, and the topic of cancer and the struggles of parents going through the illness of their child was so realistic and so emotional.

If you’re looking for an honest, heartbreaking read, look no further – but bring the tissues!
