It’s the 24th Day of Blogmas which means only one thing…IT’S CHRISTMAS EVE! I am SO excited, and today I have the best post, a Christmas Tag! Thank you to the lovely Ash over at For The Love of Books for tagging me in this – I’m so excited!
This post also signals the last post for Blogmas 2017 – it was so much fun, thank you for joining in and supporting me! Anyway over to the tag:
Use one noise to describe how excited you are for christmas.
Do you open any presents on Christmas Eve?
No I don’t – I normally just wait until Christmas!
What holiday traditions are you looking forward to most this year?
Waking up super early, opening presents with my family, and then having bacon butties for breakfast!
Is your Christmas tree real or fake?
What is your favourite Christmas film?
The Santa Clause – I watch it every year!
Where do you usually spend your holiday?
We alternate! One year we spend Christmas Day with my mum’s family at our house, then the next year we spend it at my auntie’s house with my dad’s family!
What is your favourite Christmas song?
All I Want For Christmas is You by Mariah Carey – stereotypical I know!
What is your all-time favourite holiday food/sweet treat?
Lebkuchen are my FAVOURITE! But anything gingerbread!!!
Be honest: do you like giving gifts or receiving gifts better?
I do love receiving gifts, but I absolutely adore giving gifts! I put so much thought into them and get so excited when I see people open them as I know I’ve made them happy!
What is your favourite thing about Christmas?
I love spending time with my family at Christmas! Also CHRISTMAS DINNER IS MY FAVE.
When do you start getting excited for Christmas?
It really varies. Normally around the start of December, but this year I ended up losing my job around that time so it put a bit of a sadness on it, so it’s a bit hard this month!
What is the best Christmas gift you’ve ever received?
There have been so many gifts I’ve received that I’ve loved! However one of my favourites is one that I get every year which is the Guinness Book of World Records. My Nan and Grandad used to get it me every year, and since my Nan passed, my Grandad now gets it for me and I love that so much.
What is the worst present you’ve ever received?
I once got an afro comb – I definitely didn’t need it!
As a kid, did a sibling ever receive a present that you wished was for you?
What would be your dream place to visit for the holiday season?
I’m not sure but I’d say York because it’s so gorgeous there!
Most memorable Holiday moment?
Do you make New Years resolutions? Do you stick to them?
I make them every year, but rarely ever stick to them! It’s the thought that counts right??
What makes the holidays special for you?
Seeing my family all in one place, and spending some quality time with them.
What’s the best part about Christmas for you?
CHRISTMAS DINNER OH MY GOD AMAZING. And family time!
You have been granted one Christmas wish…what will it be?
To let me get a job soon so I can continue to save up and marry the love of my life. (cheating a bit) Also to keep my family happy, healthy and safe.
