I can’t believe it’s almost December already?? Where is this year going?? I only have a few months left at university and I’M NOT READY! The years keep getting quicker and quicker, and I’m not okay with it at all!
This month I had one of the best reading months in a while! Not because I read the most amount of books I’ve read or anything, but because the books I did get to were AMAZING! I read so many 5 star books this month, and I can’t wait to talk about them, because I still have SO MANY feelings! Here we go:
Review: I was sent this by NetGalley, so thank you to NetGalley! However I was actually sadly not a fan! I really didn’t like the writing style, and just felt the characters were a little flat for my taste! But I still have hope I’ll like other books by this author! My review of this book will be live tomorrow!
Review: I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to get around to reading this. Obviously this is one of the most notorious classics that there is, and I loved it! I loved how Hannibal was so subtly included as it’s not what I expected. But I was completely in awe of the brilliant writing!
Review: This was definitely my favourite out of the two first books in the series. I was completely hooked in this book, and spent every moment of my spare time reading it because I needed to know what happened! I loved the characters in this book, and the story overall – I need to read the rest of the series!
Review: My friend let me borrow this book after she read it and loved it, and I’m so glad she did. It was so brilliantly written, emotional and beautiful all in one. I didn’t know what to expect when I started it, but I definitely am so thankful I read it! My full review will be up later this week!
Review: Anyone who spends about 30 seconds with me will know I absolutely LOVE Joe Hill’s books, so this is no surprise that I loved this one too! I can’t believe that this was his debut novel because it was outstanding. The writing, the characters and the subtle horror was perfect. My full review will be up soon!
Review: I LITERALLY STILL CAN’T EXPRESS MY LOVE FOR THIS BOOK. I wrote down so many quotes, cried so many tears, and will not stop talking about my love for it. It was beautiful from start to finish, and my favourite John Green book hands down. I will have a VERY detailed review up soon, including some of my favourite (non-spoiler) quotes! Until then – PLEASE READ THIS BOOK!
Review: I was told to read this by a friend at a book blogger event, and I picked up that day (self control who?), and read it the day after. All I can say is WOW. I was completely shaken at all the twists and turns, and I couldn’t put it down. I’ve never been scared of the quiet – but I am definitely scared now! Amazing. My full review will be up soon!
Review: I CANNOT COPE. I can’t even get full words out about this book, and I never expected any book to beat Heir of Fire in my favourite book in the ToG series, but this has DEFINITELY done it. I am a ball of emotions, and love, and sadness – make sure to look out for my review up soon. Hopefully I will be able to form actual words then, but just know I LOVED IT SO MUCH, CHAOL WESTFALL YOU ARE AN ANGEL.
There we go! It was a wild ride for definite! I loved the books I read this month, and I can’t wait to see what December has in store!
I’m also doing Blogmas this year, so look out for a post everyday on my blog up until Christmas!
